It has been a while since I have changed CMS software for this site. I feel like I should change once again. I will be moving to a new CMS in the next couple days. It is one that I just started using for the new omgwaffles site. It feels easy to use and easier to customize.

So to continue on with the weird domain names I now own another odd one. OMGwaffles.com is now part of CDN lol. I made it for a chat group within WoW but right before I stopped playing it seemed to break apart with less interaction. Of course this all happens during the same time I buy the domain. So now it is going to die off probably and become a whole different private thing.

I am a huge Donnie Darko fan and thought perhaps I would give s. Darko a try. It was a horrible mistake that may haunt me worse than Blair Witch Project. By that I mean it was horrible. Not going to the theaters was a good thing for them. The last word in the movie sums everything up on it's own, "Sucks". The original director was correct to not touch this project at all. They seemed to cut and paste peices of Donnie Darko to make it seem like a branch of it. There was nothing interesting about this movie at all and I sugest anyone stay away from it.
Now that I got that over with I love to mention I keep getting asked to buy the .com version of this site. First it they asked if I wanted to buy it for $190 and then asked $200 for it a month or so later. If I wanted the .com version of the domain name I would have grabbed it many years ago when I grabbed this one. Thanks but not interested, not really sure who would buy it. Hell, I don't even know why I keep holding an odd named site anyway my self.
So it is no wonder that I have not posted in a while, what a surprise, as usual nothing new to really post about. I have been at it again with learning things then switching back and forth. First it was with php and then I moved over to desktop programming. I started with C++ which I learned the absolute basics of. After that I moved over to Visual Basics. I learned the basic part of that and got bored quickly because it just lacked anything to me. I have now moved over to python. So far I have gotten a little bit farther than I did with C++. Programming is not that bad but gives you the dreams that make you overload your head a little and makes me dizzy. So I decided to take it a little slower to avoid that. I have to learn something in order to prepare myself for my Java classes later down the road. I would rather have some programming knowledge than be thrown into Java with absolutely nothing.
Other than learning the new stuff I made a trip to my old state because my grandmother passed away. I will also be making another trip back there next month for my little sister’s graduation. It is weird that it will not be my last sibling’s graduation as I still have a brother that is not even in school yet.
I also attempted to buy a house but I made the mistake of being honest in my application. I was denied even though I make enough to pay for the house but I know people that lied on their application about income and got houses. This makes me angry but not so much because this type of thing happens all the time. It happens in welfare also where the people that really could use it don’t get it and some people that don’t need it get it. I used to work at a grocery store and saw it all the time; pay with food stamps then I take your groceries to the new Lexus you drive. [tags: blog programming rejected]
Well it seems that I have been missing for a little bit. I think I actually only check this place myself every so often to just glimpse at what kind of banner gibberish I get. Even when nothing changes it seems my work blocks the page and flags it as gaming. Then the next day it will be unblocked.
